1. Full Inspection
- Thorough examination of the indoor air handler and outdoor condenser unit to identify any visible issues or areas requiring special attention.
- Safely disconnecting the unit from the power supply to ensure a safe cleaning process.
- System power-up and operational test after reassembly
- Measure temperature split to confirm proper cooling or heating performance
- Verify airflow from indoor unit is strong, even, and unobstructed
- Check condensate drainage to ensure proper water flow and no leaks
- Test fan speeds and swing operation for proper function
- Confirm quiet operation and listen for abnormal noises or vibrations
- Verify thermostat or remote control communication and response

2. Deep Cleaning

- Accessing the evaporator coils and fan blades for a deep clean.
